All items are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship.

Payment and Credit Terms.

All payments must be made in U. S. dollars. Orders will be prepaid with credit card or shpped COD-Money order unless credit is established. Returned checks shall be subject to a $30 return check fee and subsequent orders shall be sent COD, credit card or money order only.

Overdue Accounts.

Interest at the rate of 4.5% shall accrue on any overdue account. Unpaid invoices over 30 days shall cause the account to revert to a COD or credit card basis until the past due amount is cleared. Accounts over 90 days shall be subject to placement for collection. It is agreed between the parties that all collection and legal expenses requred to collect any past due balance shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns.

No returns shall be accepted without prior authorization by the Celtic Broker evidenced by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and goods must be in a merchantable condition upon arrival. Authorized returns made within thirty (30) days of receipt will receive a full refund or credit less standard shipping and handling charges. Authorized returns made after thirty (30) days will incur a 40% restocking fee. It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to insure shipments, and The Celtic Broker shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Custom-made items are not returnable.

Availability and Backorders.

While The Celtic Broker makes every effort to stock all styles and items offered, this effort is subject to the stock conditions of our manufacturers and other suppliers. In the event that we are unable to satisfy an order immediately due to stock out conditions, we will make every attempt to ship as soon as possible. Shipping time frames are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. The customer is responsible for keeping track of back orders and can contact customer service at any time to obtain the estimated ship date of a backordered item.

Shipment Policy .

Orders placed for delivery in the Continental United States will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling charges shall be based on the weight and value, with a minimum charge of $9.00. COD orders are an additional $7.00. Shipping and handling charges may change without notice to mirror any increase in UPS shipping or insurance rates.

Shipping Time .

In stock orders shall be shipped within ten (10) business days of order receipt via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed. Contact customer service with any questions about your shipment or its handling by The Celtic Broker, including questions about custom orders. You may request a RUSH ORDER, which shall be subject to a $10.00 surcharge.

NO DROP SHIPPING. Merchandise shall be shipped only to verified addresses on the account and/or credit card. This protects our buyers from fraudulent use of credit cards.

Credit Card Fraud. The Celtic Broker shall fully prosecute any attempt to defraud this business or its customers through the fraudulent use of any credit instrument.
